ALL PRICES EFFECTIVE AS OF JANUARY 5, 2020

  STANDARD   RATE: 40.00/HR (GRATUITY 

  INCLUDED)*

Core services provided (up to 80 guests**):

  • One professionally dressed, friendly, and knowledgeable Mixologist/Food Server***

  • Full Beverage Service: Wine, Beer, Alcohol, Spirits & Mocktails (service only, we CANNOT provide alcohol)

  • One-half hour Bar Setup and One-half hour Bar Breakdown/Cleanup^

  • Professional Bar Supplies and Mixing Equipment

      (Pourers, Shakers, Strainers, Paring Knife, Wine Key, 

       Barmats, Fruit Caddies, etc.)

  • Up to 150 Disposable cups

     

    $150.00 flat rate for parties lasting 4hrs or less (including setup/cleanup)

    $140.00 flat rate if tip jar allowed

    ALL EVENTS BOOKED 48HRS OR LESS BEFORE AN EVENT ARE SUBJECT TO 

    A $20 SURCHARE

 

    CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LIQUOR LICENSE FEES REQUIED

    BY THEIR CHOOSEN VENUE

 

  Customer expected to provide: Alcohol, Mixers, Bar Area,

  Ice, Coolers, Fruit Garnishes, and Waste Buckets.  Garnishes, 

  Ice, and Bar Table can be furnished by bartender at an additional

PROFESSIONAL SERVICE GUARANTEE

Guests will not be required to pay Remaining Balance (Deposit is NON-refundable) in the event of the following:

  • Not Dressed to code (Clean shirt, slacks; vest, bowtie if requested )

  • Missing tools that affects service

  • Arriving more than 30 minutes late (except extenuating circumstances, in which case guest will be notified)

  • Lack of supplies as specified in contract

  • Setup/clean up not to satisfaction of guest

  • Two or more customer complaints

*Get extra 15% off standard hourly rate for allowing a tip jar.

Additional discounts still apply!

**Add $2.50 per hour per 10 extra guests for parties exceeding 80 guests

     **Add $20 for event planning services for parties exceeding 149 guests

    ***Add $150 to provide extra bartender(s) for parties 130 guests and over

 

                ^Total Hours Charged include 1 hour for set-up/clean up for

                  Events up to 99 guests; 1.5 hours for Events over 99 guests)

EXTRA SERVICES (One Time Fee per Event)

GARNISHES (includes up to 3 garnishes; Standard = lemons, limes, oranges)

$20 standard (OR $10 per individual garnish type i.e. olives, cherries, etc.)

 

BAR TABLES (Provide 6" table and fine linen; pictured below)

$25 for 1, $40 for 2

 

ICE (recommended 1.5 lbs per each event guest)

($0.50/lb)

 

Specialty/Cocktail Service (Cocktails with 2+ liquors

ex: Margaritas, Long Island, Mai Tai, etc.)

add $5/hr (excluding setup/cleanup time)

 

Hot Drinks and Frozen Drinks

(ex: Mulled Wine, Hotty Toddy, Daquaris, Pina Coladas, etc.)

Add $7/hr (excluding setup/cleanup time)

WE DO NOT CARRY BLENDERS

 

Professional Party Planning Consultation & Drinks Supplies Suggetion LIst

(extra time to help plan for purchase of alcohol supplies (list included), venue arrangment, etc.)

$20 (charge automatically applies to all weddings and events over 149 guests)
