Dr. Mix-A-Lot, LLC provides Bartenders, Food Servers, Tables, Consumables, and More to accommodate just about any Event!!  Please see our Services below for more details

STANDARD SERVICE

Rate: $50.00/HR (GRATUITY INCLUDED)***

($200 Flat Fee for events < 4.5hrs w/setup/cleanup)

Includes: One Professional Mixologist/Food Server*** Full Beverage Service: Wine, Beer, Alcohol, Spirits & Mocktails (service only, we CANNOT provide alcohol) and professional serving tools)

- 1.5 addn'l hours for setup/cleanup for events <100 guests;

- 2.0 additional hours for event >100 Guests

CUSTOMER IS EXPECTED TO PROVIDE: ALCOHOL, MIXERS, Bar Area, Ice, Coolers, Fruit Garnishes, and Waste Buckets. Ice, Cups, Coolers, Garnishes, and Bar Table

 

All items EXCEPT ALCOHOL AND MIXERS can be furnished by bartender at an additional charge!!!

RENTALS:

BAR TABLES (Provide 6’ x 3’ table and fine linen, as displayed above)

Add $35 for 1, $60 for 2

COOLER RENTAL (1x 48qt Cooler + Medium Ice Tub)

Add $7/hr* (excliding setup/cleanup time, min for $25 Charge 

*(AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED FOR EVENTS REQUESTING at least 80lbs of Ice)

UNLIMITED SPECIALTY COCKTAIL SERVICE (Cocktails with 2+ liquors)

Add $7/hr (excluding setup/cleanup time, min $25 charge)

 

UNLIMITED FROZEN/HOT DRINK SERVICE

Add $10/hr (excluding setup/cleanup time, min $30 charge)

WE DO NOT CARRY BLENDERS

 

DRINKS SUPPLIES SUGGESTIONS LIST AND CONSULTATION

Add $25 (auto applies to weddings > 80 guests and all events > 120 guests)

LARGE EVENTS, HOLIDAYS, and SPECIAL VENUES:

Add $2.75/hr per 10 extra guests ANY PARTY > 80 guests

Add $25 for planning services for ANY PARTY > 120 guests

Add 0.5hrs for ANY PARTY > 100 guests

Add $25 for ALL WEDDINGS > 80 guests

Add $30/hr ($175 MINIMUM) to provide extra bartender(s) for ANY PARTY > 120 guests

PEAK DEMAND PREMIUM ADD $5/HR

(Due to HIGH BARTENDER DEMAND, an additional Premium will apply at following times:

1. Closest Weekend to ALL Federal Holidays and Halloween

2. ALL Weekends in MAY, JUN, SEP, OCT, AND DEC


 

"RUSH HOUR" PREMIUM ADD $25

(Events within Washington D.C. City Limits with Start Times between 5:00 and 9:00PM; Weekdays ONLY)

LATE BOOKING FEE ADD $25

(events booked within 72hrs of the event start time) 

INSURANCE PREMIUM ADD $10/HR

(Beverage Service Hours ONLY)

(Applies to ALL Locations where Venue in required to be added to Dr. Mix-A-Lot, LLC Insurance Certificate Please contact your vendor for further information)
